The Man Behind the Work
I’m Randy Holland, owner of Holland Residential Services. I’ve spent much of my career working in construction, property management, and residential services. I started my first construction company at 25 and later owned and operated both a SERVPRO franchise and a dumpster company for 13 and four years, respectively. I’ve also owned and managed rental properties, giving me firsthand experience with the repairs, maintenance, and unexpected projects that come with owning a home.
Holland Residential Services is a one-person operation, which means when you contact me, you’re working directly with the person who will be doing the job. I take pride in being dependable, knowing the limits of my expertise, and holding my work to a high standard.
Whether you have a repair that’s been sitting on your to-do list, a small improvement you’ve been wanting to tackle, or simply need an experienced set of hands, I’d be happy to discuss your project.
